Lead Carpenters
At least 8 years of experience in high end residential remodeling. Must have the desire and ability to communicate with Clients, Subcontractors and Suppliers in a clear and professional manner. Must be able to coordinate all aspects of a construction project, with first-hand knowledge of historic preservation.
Carpenters
At least 2 years of hands on experience in remodeling. Able to take direction without the need for constant supervision. Must be able to work as a team member and have an interest in historic preservation.
Apprentices
People with a good attitude and a desire to learn carpentry. An interest in old houses is a plus.
