| Lead Carpenters- At least 8 years of experience in high end residential remodeling. Must have the desire and ability to communicate with Clients, Subcontractors and suppliers in a clear and professional manner. Must be able to coordinate all aspects of a construction project, with first hand knowledge of Historic Preservation. |
| Carpenters- At least 2 years of hands on experience in remodeling. Able to take direction without the need for constant supervision. Must be able to work as a team member and have an interest in Historic Preservation. |
| Apprentices- People with a good attitude and a desire to learn carpentry. An interest in old houses a plus. |
